Follow the M275 to the end where it becomes Mile End Road.

Go straight over the roundabout signed Seafront.

At the next roundabout turn right signposted for the Seafront and Hovercraft.

Stay in the middle lane and go straight over the next roundabout and set of traffic lights, moving into the left hand lane and onto Alfred Road.

Bearing left through the traffic lights onto Anglesea Road

Carry straight on - you will pass underneath a railway bridge, begin to see the Yellow Triangle signs for the Hovercraft and pass some University of Portsmouth buildings.

At the end of Anglesea Road you will join a one-way system. Take the second exit (Hampshire Terrace) signposted the Seafront and the Hovercraft

At the next roundabout turn left into Kings Road.

Turn right at the traffic lights into Grove Road South.

Marmion Road is 500 metres on the left.

Ascend is 20 metres on the right - Continue past, Waitrose car park is 100 metres further along Marmion Road on the right.
